Why hire local
Close enough to come back.
A window that needs adjusting after the first freeze is a small job for someone twenty minutes away and a nuisance for someone driving from another city. That is most of the argument for hiring locally, and it is a real one.
It also means we know which subdivisions were built when, and what tends to be wrong with the original units in them.
